Speed and efficiency through prefabrication
The full scale of benefits of the BEST element system came into effect for the whole construction project Mauer mental hospital. The advantages during laying resulted in a smooth construction process in compliance with all time and quality specifications. The elements were prefabricated in the factory and laid quickly and efficiently on site.
In addition, the use of prefabricated elements made it possible to reduce the amount of consumables needed during installation, such as the spacers used. In general, the laying could be carried out in fewer steps. The efficient use of in-house personnel in combination with prefabrication resulted in enormous time, cost and resource savings on the construction site.
