Reinforcement of a residential complex with
a strongly reinforced foundation slab
The construction project was characterized by the cutting, bending, delivery, and laying of a large tonnage and a strongly reinforced foundation slab. The foundation slab required a large amount of shear reinforcement and multilayered reinforcement.
The new building at Stadlauer Straße 64 marked the completion of a residential complex in the 22nd district of Vienna. A total of 407 apartments were built, along with a two-story underground garage with 463 parking spaces. The area also includes 4500 m2 of retail space.
Several installation sites had to be served simultaneously. The BEST laying supervisor coordinated with the carpenters and concrete workers so that the project could be completed to the fullest satisfaction of the client.
